Ingredients
4 large vine tomatoes
1 cucumber
½ a red onion
16 Kalamata olives DIMITRA
1 tsp dried oregano
85g feta cheese
4 tbsp Greek extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Cut into wedges the 4 large vine tomatoes
- Peel, deseed and chop the cucumber
- thinly slice the red onion
- Cut the feta cheece in small chunks
- Put the indridients in a large bawl
- Add the olives, the oregano and the extra virgin olive oil
- Lightly season and then serve
