Make a fresh traditional Greek salad in no time. This classic combination of vegetables is so delicious. It’s great with grilled meats or on its own.

Ingredients

  • 4 large vine tomatoes

  • 1 cucumber

  • ½ a red onion

  • 16 Kalamata olives DIMITRA

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 85g feta cheese

  • 4 tbsp Greek extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  • Cut into wedges the 4 large vine tomatoes
  • Peel, deseed and chop the cucumber
  • thinly slice the red onion
  • Cut the feta cheece in small chunks
  • Put the indridients in a large bawl
  • Add the olives, the oregano and the extra virgin olive oil
  • Lightly season and then serve
